How we work

From brief to handover, one clear story.

Every project follows the same path. Scroll through what you see and what you receive at each stage.

  1. Chapter 01 · Before kickoff

You tell us what you need.

Send a brief, even a rough one. We ask what's missing and turn it into a scope with deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.

    • A written scope to approve
    • Timeline and cost before any work starts
  2. Chapter 02 · Before sessions start

    We find the right people.

We source and screen candidates against your criteria, then show you who qualified and why, so you approve who takes part.

    • Screening summary with every candidate
    • Confirmed participants and backups
  3. Chapter 03 · While fieldwork runs

You always know where things stand.

Your coordinator runs the day-to-day and reports at the rhythm we agreed: what's done, what's next and anything that needs your decision.

    • Progress report at the agreed rhythm
    • Same-day notice of issues
  4. Chapter 04 · At handover

    You receive a checked delivery.

Before anything reaches you, we check it against the brief and write down anything that differs from the agreed scope.

    • Delivery package in the agreed formats
    • QA note listing every check

Notes for the client

Self-employed quota filled in Jakarta; Surabaya needs two more. Recommend accepting P-12 as a backup although they bank with a competitor on a secondary account.

FAQs

Before we start.

Scope, timeline and pricing are agreed with you for each project.

  • Your goal, who you need (criteria, locations and languages if relevant), roughly how many participants or how much data, the method, the formats you need back and your timeline. If some of this isn't settled yet, send what you have and we'll work through it with you.

  • Yes. Share the criteria you need, such as age, location, occupation, device or language. Before anything is agreed, we'll tell you which are straightforward, which need more recruitment time and which we'd suggest adjusting.

  • After reviewing your brief, we propose a scope covering deliverables, timeline and cost. Pricing depends on criteria, volume, method and locations, so it's agreed per project. Work starts only after you approve the scope.

  • Tell your coordinator as early as possible. We'll explain how the change affects timeline and cost, and update the scope once you've agreed to it.
